The Madison is a great place to live and just minutes away from everything in Greensboro, High Point and Jamestown. Large complex, nice for walking pets. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff.

Madison at Adams Farm as been a wonderful place for us to raise our boys. In the summer time we enjoy our time at the tennis court as well as the two pools that are provided.

I moved in August 2016 and it has been such a wonderful experience so far! The maintenance responds quickly to reports and the staff are all friendly and personable. The new lounge and work-out rooms are great and easily accessible. Overall, I would definitely recommend this complex to any friends or family members looking for an apartment in the area. - Rebecca

The management is always very pleasant and helpful. The area is pet friendly and full of children which is a plus because I have three. It is two miles away from a great elementary school as well. Overall, a great place to live!

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was my new home. Staff is awesome, and it’s a great place for kids as well as older retired adults. I've recently moved to the Madison, and so far I love it! The staff worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and that didn't stop after I moved in either. There were a few things that needed to be fixed but maintenance was on it immediately. The property is in a great area and the apartment community itself has a lot to offer.

Good place to live and conveniently located. The apartments are fairly priced and spacious.The office staff takes care of your needs right away and seems to be well organized and also they are very helpful in getting any problems with apartment fixed.I would highly recommend this place.

This is a great place to live especially if you have children. It's really quiet, the staff is friendly and maintenance is very prompt with issues. The renovations are amazing and the office is available to assist in any way possible. On a scale 1 to 10, I would rate them a 10. Wonderful place to live
